Our Clients: McKinnon Economics has been providing outstanding service to both plaintiff and defense lawyers in the greater Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area since 1991. Although the majority of our clients are from Arizona, we have worked with attorneys in states such as Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, and California.

Type of Cases: There are three main categories into which our analyses fall: 1) wrongful death cases, 2) personal injury cases (both of these may include medical malpractice), and 3) employment law. In these types of cases, the primary loss is usually the loss of earning capacity. More extensive cases often involve loss of household services, loss of health benefits, loss of retirement income, etc. We provide written reports with detailed tables to concisely summarize our findings.

Other Services: We work with life care planners to calculate present values of future medical and non-medical costs. We also work with vocational experts to determine present values for future earning capacity losses.

Testimony: In addition to the economic analyses and present value calculations, we regularly testify in both deposition and trial settings.
